Jogging!

I jogged for 3.1km!
This is my new personal records! I m super duper happy! 
Every tym I jog, I will feel giddy n nauseous. The very last time I jogged, I almost fainted on e road side. 

But this time! I kept remind myself to jog slowly.. Jog slowly.. Pace at 7.36/min. And I did it!!! 

I didn faint. But my face was super red. Hahahaha!
